Our mission is to provide supportive and responsive care for a diverse community affected by HIV/AIDS. Through leadership, education and advocacy, DCAP is committed to raising awareness and reducing the spread of HIV/AIDS.

H.I.V. Study Says Rate 40% Higher Than Estimate! The United States has significantly underreported the number of new H.I.V. infections occurring nationally each year, with a study released on August 4, 2008 showing that the annual infection rate is 40 percent higher than previously estimated.
